Episode 55: Authenticity is both positive and negative, both must be embraced. This is why awareness, reflection, and atonement are important. – Soulful Conversation with Nadjejda Chapoteau

Before I get into this week’s episode of Soulful Conversations with Nadjejda I want to share with you I’ve chosen to break down my podcast into 3 seasons per year and each season will have 8 episodes which will be delivered weekly when we’re in season. So there will be 24 episodes per year. I made this choice because it works best for me to have the breaks in between seasons in order to share valuable content and not feel pressured to put something out just for the sake of it.

In this week’s episode I share about something I’ve wanted to talk about for a long time and some other related topics. I’ve chosen this season which we’re on our 4th episode to share more of myself and my journey with you.

In this episode of Soulful Conversations with Nadjejda I share my truth based on my experience putting myself out there and how some have used it as way to judge me although I know the judgment is about them a lot more than me. I also talk about authenticity being both positive and negative. Sharing exactly what I said in it regarding being positive always:

The more I’m developing into my spiritual practice, the more I really experience that this whole positivity thing, it can be overrated and it is very much spiritual bypassing.

My intention with this episode is for you to not allow people’s opinion of yourself to keep you from showing up, I invite you to embrace your light and darkness, and make amends when necessary. I get pretty personal sharing personal experiences including the fact that I have a bad temper, am aware of it, and am working on it.
