Alison Sherwood was a top makeup artist in the film industry working with A-list Celebrities for 27 years. Known for her soothing voice and energy, she was an artist at calming nervous actors and diffusing tensions on set.
Already a naturally gifted intuitive, she went back to school to become a Certified Master Transformational & Health Coach. Her experience, vision and connection to source create the foundation of The Intuitive Alignment Method. Her passion is helping women heal themselves so in turn, they can heal others and help heal the world.
During our conversation Alison and I discussed her journey from discovering shadow work, doing her own work, and helping others do the same. She shared herself vulnerably and provided several ways we can explore our shadows and see the superpowers they have in them.
I truly enjoyed our conversation and there’s some great insights, I even had my own insight on one of my shadows which was linked to something that has been triggering me.
