Episode 60 (Final Episode): “When you’re committed you do whatever it takes, when you’re interested you do it when it’s convenient.” – Soulful Conversation with Nadjejda Chapoteau
I’m back with a new episode earlier than I previously shared because I’ve chosen to end my podcast Soulful Conversations with Nadjejda, this episode is the final one and I’ll be launching a new podcast early next year. This year has been one of major growth and a challenging one for me, I know growth comes with discomfort and pain. It also involves lots of breakthroughs and clarity as well, the journey ahead looks promising.
It’s important for me to get complete in everything I do which is why it was necessary for me to create this last episode. In it I share about why I’ve made this choice, the direction I’ll be taking my new podcast in. I also talk about commitment, interest, and forgiveness specifically self-forgiveness in regards to their importance and knowing the difference. I provided empowerment tools for you to use in your own journey.
While sharing about forgiveness I mentioned 2 meditations, one is the Ho’oponopono meditation and the other one is a self-forgiveness meditation I created when I led a forgiveness challenge a few years ago. As I shared in the episode, I’ve added them at the end of this post below the video, simply click on the titles to access them. I also shared the text of my meditation for you.
I hope what I share will inspire and help you in your own journey. I want to thank you for being in this journey with me. I really appreciate you allowing me to share my authentic self with you, I feel blessed to do so. One of the things I’m really committed to is only doing things that allow me to be my authentic self.
If you choose to continue on this journey with me through my other podcast and you’re already on my newsletter e-mail list, great there’s nothing for you to do as I’ll be announcing the launch there. If you choose to but you’re not my newsletter or this podcast’s e-mail list, then join by entering your info in the form below this post. The world needs you and it’s time for you to show up and make the impact that only you were born to make in your own way being yourself.
If you choose to not continue the journey with me on my new podcast, I wish you the best and I thank you for being with me during that special time.
I’m really excited about the journey ahead and this new podcast really feels good and is very much more in alignment with my calling and true self. Being real, I’m also experiencing some fears and I know it’s normal as it’s part of the process when we’re stepping out of our comfort zone and showing up for our calling.
Just so you know, all the episodes will remain here on my website and my You Tube Channel. For now I plan on keeping them on Apple Podcasts/ITunes as well and if this changes, you can enjoy them here or on You Tube.
Enjoy this final episode by watching the video or listening to the audio below and I’d love to hear from you after you watch it. As I shared in it, please share anything you’d like to get complete with this as well if you feel you need to. Please share your thoughts with me in the comment section below and if you found it helpful, feel free to share with someone you know may benefit from it, thank you!
Please see below for the 2 meditations I mentioned to help you with your forgiveness practice.
Ho’oponopono Cleansing Memories Within
My Self-Forgiveness Meditation
I forgive myself for all the times I judged my feelings. I forgive myself for all the times I didn’t honor myself and my feelings. I forgive myself for not listening to and hurting my inner child. I forgive myself for all the times I criticized and judged others when I was projecting my own fears onto them. I forgive myself for all the times I chose to remove my love from others because they didn’t act the way I wanted them to. I forgive myself for all the times I hurt myself and others through my words and actions. I now choose to accept and honor my feelings. I now choose to love and accept myself just as I am. I now choose to love and accept others just as they are. I am now free to experience love, peace, and joy.

Special shout out and huge thank you to Haitian artist J Perry for allowing me to use his music on my podcast! I’m forever grateful to have been able to share my homeland’s culture through his music with you. The song I used the most is called Kiyes Ou Ye and you can find it on You Tube, Apple Music, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Go check it out and his other great songs as well!
Wishing you a holiday season filled with love, joy, light, peace, and happiness!
Much love and light xo 🙂
