Courtney Daniel is a Client Relations Expert, award winning business owner and United States Postal Service Postmark winner. Her experience as a Celebrity Personal Assistant and love for design has afforded her the opportunity to work with some of the top names in the industry. She works with elite professionals who understand that staying connected via handwritten messages is important to creating lifelong memories.
Courtney is passionate about handwritten messages and believes they are not dead. She says they can be used to leverage your company and stand out among the competition. Receiving a letter in the mail is most likely to be saved as a opposed to an email. I totally agree with her as I appreciate receiving handwritten messages and keep them around.
During our conversation Courtney and I discussed her passion for handwritten messages, some of her entrepreneurial journey and how she turned her passion into her career by starting a business helping people show appreciation and create connection and lasting memories with their clients and fans. She shared some great tips on connecting with people and showing appreciation for them. She inspired me to get over some of my judgments of my handwriting and start sending more handwritten messages to express my appreciation to people in my life and business.
