Pat Romain is an Empowerment and Leadership Coach, Writer and Speaker. Pat is passionate about helping women uncover their mission and thrive as leaders. She holds space for women to achieve success by banishing beliefs of self-doubt and help them uncover their inner compass so that they create a beautiful life, career and business by trusting who they are. She believes that everything starts from within and is deeply spiritual.
During our conversation Pat and I discussed her philosophy on enjoying the journey to our goals and intentions and her career transitions which led her to coaching in the corporate world. In addition to sharing her journey and thoughts on topics like life purpose and women empowerment; she also shared some great tips on career transitions. She believes it’s important to keep an open mind, conduct research, connect with people and ask questions.
