Katia is a health and fitness coach who is originally from Haiti, she married the love of her life, Gaby Guillaume and they have a 4 year old son. She has a passion for health and fitness and she loves sharing her passion with others. 

A special message from Katia who was expecting her little girl during our conversation:

“I want to dedicate this interview to my little girl Angelica who is now with God. I never had a chance to do her hair but hope this episode will in some way inspire other moms who have little ones with curls to cherish them as the gift they really are.” 

 Katia’s strength and the way she chooses to be vulnerable and authentic in sharing herself especially during this sad time has been so inspiring and empowering to me and I’m sure many others.
